The Kenton Hotel - Scarborough

Fabulous small hotel, pleasant views, excellent location to beach at rear or town at the front. Welcoming staff, excellent services, including a good choice of brilliant delicacies.

Greatly enjoyed particularly nice breakfast, neat room.

Everything was good, welcoming staff, stunning location adjacent to north bay beach, and the sea front. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, coffee/tea making equipment, and TV inside the room. This small hotel...  

The room was spacious, but the shower warmed up very slowly.

We had a fantastic 2-night stay where we enjoyed the cozy double room with a lovely view and found the lounge area to be a perfect spot to unwind. The hotel also had beautiful outdoor spaces ideal for relaxation after a day of exploring. Only downside was the lack of breakfast options on-site, but plenty of eateries nearby made up for it. 🌞

The cozy bed and cleanliness of the entire space were commendable, alongside the friendly and helpful service from the owner. While the parking was a bit tight, it was manageable, and additional blankets were necessary to feel comfortable during the chilly nights. Breakfast options seemed a tad overpriced, although snacks elsewhere were fairly priced.

It's super close to both the YMCA Theatre and the Open Air Theatre. The hotel is clean, comfy, and offers great amenities. The lounge area is a nice spot to relax, and there's also good...  

We enjoyed an amazing view of the sea from our room, and the breakfast was such a delightful start to our day. The owners went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

We had a lovely stay, enjoying the spacious family room with a great sea view and the well-presented breakfast sandwiches. The owners promptly supplied us with more coffee, making our stay more comfortable!

We had a great night with a cozy family room and lovely views through the big windows! The kids enjoyed the garden area while we relaxed on the patio with a drink. Only thing was we couldn’t find shampoo or body wash, which was a bit of a hassle after our late concert, but we made do just fine. 😊

You'd be bonkers to miss the grub at Oasis Cafe! They had homemade bread that was pure magic, and don't get me started on the North Riding Brew Pub-best local ales on tap. Plus, the view from...
